Door Supervision |
Equipping your venue with the best Door Supervision team is incremental to your business’ success. Door Supervisors are your customer’s first experience when arriving at a venue and they are paramount to upholding the venue’s atmosphere and reputation as well as maintaining your customers’ safety. Door Supervision is Bridgegate Security’s primary specialism. We are the largest independent provider of security personnel to the UK night time economy and it is clear why we have achieved this accolade. With a Bridgegate Door Team you are guaranteed to have supervisors that operate to the highest professional standards. All personnel are vetted to BS7858, SIA licensed, fully insured and trained in conflict management, first aid, drug awareness, security procedures and intervention techniques. As an integral part of our Door Supervision service we risk assess each venue and run an induction programme to ensure smooth transitions. We also allocate a dedicated area manager to provide continuing support. This “client care” is a key aspect of the Bridgegate approach. |
Static guards |
Static Guards are an invaluable resource to many industries. Their on-site presence acts as a preventative measure deterring criminal activity such as theft and vandalism which can make them more effective than other security solutions such as CCTV and intruder alarms. They are also responsible for representing your company through their interactions with customers so it is essential for you to use Static Guards that are customer care orientated and well presented. At Bridgegate we supply the highest standard of Static Guards for all industries including shopping and retail outlets, construction sites, hospitals, schools and court services. |
Event Security |
Experienced in providing security solutions for events such as festivals, private parties, student events, national sporting events, shows and showcasing and council community events, Bridgegate can provide any number of stewards to manage your occasion. Our Events Security service includes planning and preparation meetings, full venue assessment, risk assessments and any additional requirements such as Close Protection Officers to increase the levels of security. All personnel are trained in specific Event Security Procedures such as crowd control and customer care. |
Close Protection |
Offering the highest level of security protection, Bridgegate’s Close Protection Officers are extremely experienced, skilled professionals. As well as being thoroughly trained and registered with the Security Industry Authority our officers have worldwide experience in military operations and in the protection of royal foreign nationals and celebrities. We can provide Residential Security Teams and Close Protection Teams of any size. |
Training |
At Bridgegate we are privileged to have our own in-house team of trainers. They are qualified to teach programmes in Door Supervision, Close Protection, First Aid, Conflict Management, Physical Intervention and Customer Service/Hospitality. This means we can train and support our personnel to attain their SIA licences and we can then provide Continued Professional Development to help our team progress and specialise within the field of Security. We also provide training for external clients; our positive working relationships with them enable us to facilitate recognition of training needs and implement necessary training programmes. We have our own fully resourced training centres yet can flexibly work on site at our clients’ preference. |
Security consultancy |
Our extensive experience and knowledge of the Security Industry enables us to provide an in-depth and thorough advisory service to our clients. We are able to support and guide you through issues such as licence revocations, deployment plans for crowd dispersals, noise abatement orders, planning for and setting up new venues including associated risk assessments and required security staffing levels. Our service includes site visits, meetings with stakeholders and prepared reports as required. Whilst this consultancy often forms part of a security personnel package we are pleased to be able to provide this as a standalone service. |
